It’s very easy to return an item to a Vase Gallery partner brand!

If you’ve purchased one or more items sold and dispatched by a Vase Gallery partner brand, return them directly to the brand. They cannot be returned in store (where applicable).

If you return them to Vase Gallery, your refund will be delayed and you won’t be able to track your return. We’ll contact you once it’s been processed.

Returning an item to New Balance

If you’re returning an item from our partner brand, New Balance, you can generate your return by following these steps:

• Go to “My Account” and open the “My Orders” tab. Select “Track parcel” for the order you wish to return.
• Scroll down to the UPS tracking page and click the “Return this parcel” button. Several options will be offered to create your return label. Simply follow the steps indicated.
• Once the return is created, the “Return this parcel” button will become “View return label“. You’ll then be able to access your return label if needed.
• Drop your parcel at a UPS drop-off point and they’ll take care of the rest.

Returning an item to partner brands

Some partner brands include a pre-printed return label or a delivery slip inside your parcel. Don’t forget to follow the instructions. If you can’t find a return label in your parcel, don’t worry! You can generate a new one using the links provided by our brand partners below:

If you wish to return an item from one of our other brand partners, please contact customer service to obtain a new return label.

Returns of items sold by a Vase Gallery partner brand are FREE. A return may take up to 15 calendar days to arrive and be processed. Request proof of postage and keep it just in case.

Cancelling your return

If you change your mind, there’s no need to send your items back to us and cancel your return.
