How do I find the item I want?

Find inspiration for your outfits from your photos and screenshots using the “Style Match” feature in the Vase Gallery app. Simply go to the search bar and tap the camera icon. You can then upload a photo from your library or take a new one. You will then instantly see a whole range of similar items.

Selections based on you and your style! Based on your previous visits and purchases, we can recommend items on the Vase Gallery app that you might like.

This feature is only available on the Vase Gallery app. The “For you” tab is located at the top of the home page.

It’s like having a dedicated stylist who suggests inspiring products tailored to your tastes. We can recommend you:

• Styles based on your shopping habits
• Items on sale similar to items you’ve viewed, added to your cart and purchased
• Items similar to your saved items
• Items as replacements for items that are out of stock in your Saved Items list
• Featured products from categories you’ve browsed
• Items from your Saved Items list with low stock

How do I change the country or currency?

Available currency options depend on the country from which you are shopping. For some countries, only one currency may be available.

On iOS: go to “My account” then tap the settings icon located in the top right. You can then choose the country from which you want to browse and the currency in which you want to shop.

On Android: open the left menu, then go to the “Settings” tab where you can update your preferences for country and currency.

I have a problem with the app

To fix most problems with the app, try force closing the app and opening it again. Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Vase Gallery app and that your device’s operating system is up to date.

Restarting your device often fixes crashes or performance issues. If the problem persists, try reinstalling the app. Click here for iOS and there for Android to learn more about app instructions.
